Refund Policy
At Grab Me Best, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are here to help. Refunds are generally not applicable once a purchase is made, except in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Defective or damaged product received.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team. Once verified, we will initiate either a replacement, store credit, or refund (as applicable) within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for products due to size, color, or personal preference. We encourage you to check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
